Lady Gaga announces story collection Channel Kindness
Inspirational stories written by young writers will be collected in one anthology, along with “personal notes of empowerment” from Gaga.
Lady Gaga is assembling a collection of short stories called Channel Kindness: Stories of Kindness and Community, according to a report in Pitchfork.
Channel Kindness is a collection of “inspirational stories written by young people” that comes with "personal notes of empowerment” written by Gaga. A press release contains summaries of three stories included in the anthology. They include: "a young writer who discovered the power of self-love after being bullied at school, someone who started a movement to lift the stigma around mental health, and another who created safe spaces for LGBTQ youth.”
The book will be released on September 22 in partnership with Gaga's Born This Way Foundation. If that feels like a long way off, take solace in the fact that Gaga's new album Chromatica is out April 10. Hear the project's first single "Stupid Love" now.
