A few weeks back, Hayley Williams said that her debut solo album Petals For Armor would feature a collaboration with boygenius, the supergroup of Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus, and Julien Baker. Today, the track is out in full. Hear "Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris" below.
"Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris" marks the sixth track we're hearing off Petals For Armor after the first part of the album was released back in February. In a statement earlier this week, Williams revealed she had intended on releasing the second part of the album this week, but due to the spread of COVID-19, she now plans to reach each song individually. "My hope is that in doing this there will be something new to look forward to as the strange days roll by," Williams wrote. Read her entire statement below.
