In the fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic, celebrities like Rihanna have donated millions towards testing, care and other forms of support. On Friday, Ariana Grande took to her Instagram story to share that she'll be donating to a handful of organizations in the fight against the growing pandemic. "My heart hurts for the small business, individuals, and families affect by all of this," she wrote in the post. "I am supporting the organizations below & if u are able to, u should too."
She went on to list the Opportunity Fund for small business relief, Give Directly for emergency cash funding, Feeding America in support of food banks across the country, the Italian Red Cross, as well as WHO's COVID-19 solidarity response fund.
Just a few days ago, the singer, alongside other stars like Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, and Caroline Polachek, urged fans to practice social distancing.
