Dua Lipa has bumped up the release of her new album Future Nostalgia to this Friday, March 27. The project was previously scheduled to come out on April 3, but the pop singer revealed the new date during an Instagram Live session.

A teary Dua implied that the global chaos caused by the coronavirus played a part in her decision. "I hope [the album] brings you some happiness," she said, "and I hope it makes you smile, and I hope it makes you dance. I hope I make you proud." Watch below:

Future Nostalgia will contain the singles "Don't Start Now" and "Physical." She recently appeared on a remix of BROCKHAMPTON's hit "Sugar."
