The digital Democratic National Convention is currently underway, with speakers including Michelle Obama, Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and more having taken the (digital) stage over the past few days. As part of the convention, a handful of musicians are also performing, including Leon Bridges, Maggie Rogers, The Chicks, and more. Earlier this evening, Gen Z luminary Billie Eilish took the stage, performing her recent single “my future” for the DNC audience, and sharing a pro-Biden voting registration PSA. “Things are a mess: Donald Trump is destroying our country and everything we care about,” Eilish says in her PSA. “Silence is not an option, and we can’t sit this one out.” Watch her performance of “my future” above and the PSA below.
