Nicki Minaj has given birth to her first child

Nicki Minaj has given birth to her first child, TMZ and E! News report.

The rapper announced her pregnancy with husband Kenneth Petty in July. Minaj and Petty were married in October 2019.

Minaj has kept her music career active since announcing her pregnancy. She featured on A$AP Ferg's "Move Ya Hips" with MadeInTYO, and teamed up with Ty Dolla $ign for "Expensive." In late 2019 she claimed she was intent on retiring from the music industry.
