Anjimile has shared details of his upcoming EP, Reunion, dropping on May 7. The project is set to feature orchestral remixes of songs from his 2020 album Giver Taker, which dropped last fall.
The singer-songwriter also shared a new, wistful take on his track "In Your Eyes,” this time featuring singer Jay Som. Of the upcoming project, Anjimile says: "The most exciting part was giving the participating artists free rein to fuck around with my songs and make them into something purely collaborative, something special, and something new. When [composer Daniel Hart ] sent me his arrangements, they knocked me on my ass. They’re so beautiful and so interesting."

This isn't the first time Anjimile's music has been reimagined, as NNAMDÏ shared his own stripped-down take on "Baby No More" last fall.
