The Governors Ball Music Festival will to Citi Field in New York City this summer, and today sees the release of the lineup for the 2022 edition. Kid Cudi, Halsey and J. Cole will headline the festival, which runs from June 10–12. Tickets go on sale at the festival's website Thursday, January 27 at 12 PM EST. Citi cardholders have access to a presale running from now until the beginning of general tickets sales.
Across the festival's three days, other performing artists include Playboi Carti, Jazmine Sullivan, Jack Harlow, Kaytranada, Clairo, Migos, Skepta, Medeom, Beabadoobee, 100 gecs, Soccer Mommy, Denzel Curry, and what I presume is a DJ set from Shaquille O'Neal (a.k.a. Governors Ball returned in 2021 after the pandemic forced the cancellation of 2020's edition. Founders Entertainment, the company behind Governors Ball, will donate $25,000 to the New York City Mayor’s Fund to support the families of victims of the Bronx fire.
