Noname reveals new album title, sets release date
Her sophomore project will be called Sundial, and it’s due in July 2023.
Noname has shared new details of her forthcoming album. Sundial will be released in July 2023, she says in an Instagram post thanking her fans "for everything."
However, this isn't the first time Noname said new music is coming. In a now-deleted tweet, Noname claimed she would be dropping an album called Factory Baby in 2020 before leaving the music industry. In December 2021, she canceled Factory Baby's release and apologized for "leading people on."
Sundial will be Noname's first LP release since her 2018 Room 25. The Chicago rapper has only shared a string of singles in between, including the activist anthem "Rainforest" and the Madlib-produced J. Cole diss, "Song 33."
