LSDXOXO launches new label Fantasy Audio Group for queer artists

LSDXOXO has started a new label. Fantasy Audio Group (or F.A.G.) will launch with his forthcoming seven-track EP Delusions Of Grandeur, due out September 22. The project’s lead single, “Double Tap,” is out now with an official music video. Watch it below.

“Delusions of Grandeur was created as a bridging of worlds for what people know my sound to be and what it will become over the span of my next few projects,” LSD said in a press statement. “Electroclash and 90s vocal rave have always been some of my biggest musical inspirations, but I’ve allowed those influences to take a front seat in the crafting of this EP.” The title reflects the battle with fame he faces as an introvert, he further explained.

“Fantasy Audio Group (F.A.G.) is being established as a record label for queer artists by a queer artist,” LSD told The FADER when asked about his vision for the imprint. “The goal in forming this label is to give a platform and resources to the overlooked and often under-celebrated artists coming from backgrounds similar to my own. The music we champion is forward thinking, and our approach to working with musicians will be as well.”
