Moneybagg Yo has joined forces with 2023 breakout star Sexyy Red on their single "Big Dawg." The track will appear on a new compilation album from Yo's CMG label, Gangsta Art 2, which will be released on September 29.
Gangsta Art 2 is a follow-up to last year’s Gangsta Art. It will feature tracks from Blac Youngsta, EST Gee, 42 Dugg, GloRilla, and Mozzy, among others.
"Big Dawg" is Moneybagg Yo’s first new material since the release of his mixtape Hard to Love in June. The Memphis rapper delayed the release of the project to clear space for Taylor Swift's Midnights (The Til Dawn Edition). He is currently on his Larger Than Life arena tour, which is due to finish at the end of the month.
Sexyy Red, meanwhile, released her Hood Hottest Princess in June. More recently she has shared songs with Lil Durk and Latto. Next month she will embark on her first headline tour. The "Hood Hottest Princess Tour" will kick off on October 16 at The Paradise Rock Club in Boston.
