Adult Swim's Rick and Morty is back for a new season. The seventh installment returns after a year-long pause following season 6's end in the fall of last year. It'll be the first season since the firing of co-creator Justin Roiland, who served as the voice actor for both Rick and Morty.
Like its predecessors, season 7 will contain 10 episodes. The trailer contains various clips of the main characters going on their normal shenanigans across space. Fans can also hear the new voice actors taking over Roiland's previous role. Watch it above.
Roiland was fired from the series in January 2023 after he was charged with domestic battery and false imprisonment. He was also allegedly having inappropriate contact with minors via social media. Last month, a new NBC News investigation found 11 women and nonbinary people coming forward with evidence from 2013 to 2022.
The Rick and Morty season 7 premiere will air on October 15th at 11 p.m. on Adult Swim.
