Noah Kahan has shared "She Calls Me Back," a new song with Kacey Musgraves. The original version of the song appeared on Kahan's Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever), a deluxe release of 2022’s Stick Season.
Kahan will be hoping Musgraves lends the same chart magic to "She Calls Me Back" as she did to Zach Bryan. Their song "I Remember Everything" recently topped the Billboard Hot 100.
In a statement, Kahan says, “Kacey Musgraves is the coolest person ever. Not exaggerating when I say that during the Stick Season album process, we would finish a song and I’d listen back and be like ‘Can you imagine Kacey on this?’ Having her sing on ‘She Calls Me Back’ is incredible, and being able to have her continue telling the story adds a whole new dimension to the song and what it means."
"She Calls Me Back" is the latest collaboration from Kahan following “Call Your Mom” featuring Lizzy McAlpine and “Dial Drunk” with Post Malone. He also recorded his own song with Zach Bryan (“Sarah’s Place”).
Kahan's 2024 “We’ll All Be Here Forever” tour will take place next year across North America and Europe. The 39-date tour begins in Vancouver next March.
