Lana Del Rey has shared details of a new album titled The Right Person Will Stay. Del Rey confirmed (via Instagram) that she worked on the album with producers Jack Antonoff, Drew Erickson, and “Luke” (most likely Luke Howard, who produced Lost At Sea, the debut album by Rob Grant, Del Rey's father).

Speaking in February of this year, Del Rey suggested that her next album (then titled Lasso) would be released in 2024 and signalled that she was experimenting with a new sound. "If you can’t already tell by our award winners and our performers, the music business is going country," she said at the time. "We’re going country. It’s happening,"

The Right Person Will Stay will be released on May 21, shortly before Del Rey performs at Stagecoach, Goldenvoice's country music festival. A single, "Henry, Come On" is due before then but has no official release date.
