UPDATE 5/29/14: Despite rumors that Lana Del Rey raked in a ton of cash for her private appearance at Kim and Kanye's pre-wedding dinner, TMZ posted a video of her denying those claims. "I would never let a friend pay me to sing at a wedding," she says while fully surrounded by an all-male circle of autograph seekers. One dude had her sign a baseball. Video below.
What does one wear to perform at Versailles? For Lana Del Rey, the more gold, the better. LDR looked like she could have emerged from the walls of the palace when she serenaded Kimye at their rehearsal dinner while wearing a gold gown by Shareen. The singer reportedly brought guests to tears as she sang "Summertime Sadness" and two other songs according to E! News. Presumably one of the other songs was "Young & Beautiful" which Kanye commissioned an orchestra to play as he proposed to Kim.
