Last night, various artists gathered at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles for the Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life concert to pay tribute to the late Mac Miller. Of those artists included John Mayer, who, along with unveiling some special edition Mac Miller merch ahead of yesterday's event, celebrated the rapper's legacy by performing a cover of "Small Worlds."
Before launching into the song, Mayer shared an anecdote with the crowd about a time in which Miller played the track at The Hotel Café.
"He got on stage and he said he was really nervous. And now Mac, I'm really nervous, so, we got that in common too," Mayer said, before dedicating the song to him and to fans.
