Free Nationals have shared "Time," a new track featuring vocals by Mac Miller and Kali Uchis. The song is the second single from the upcoming self-titled album from the group perhaps best known as Anderson. Paak's backing band. Check it out below.
"Time" follows "Beauty & Essex," featuring Daniel Caesar and Unknown Mortal Orchestra, which was released in October 2018. It is also the first song featuring Mac Miller's vocals to be released since his death in September last year. His final album Swimming was released in August 2018 and was subsequently nominated for a Grammy.
Since his death, rumors of a Madlib-produced collaborative project emerged – the enigmatic producer confirmed that he had recorded with Mac, but said there are no plans to release the material.
