Fly Anakin and Nickelus F speak plainly on “Ghost”
The new track is the second single from Anakin’s forthcoming 2022 album.
Fly Anakin has released "Ghost," a new single featuring fellow Richmond rapper Nickelus F. It's the second single from his forthcoming 2022 album, title TBA, following October's "Sean Price." The track is produced by Like (of Pac Div) and comes with a black-and-white music video directed by No Fun (Tahjee Wallace & DuctTapeJesus).
On "Ghost," neither rapper minces words. "My soul parted today / How real can I keep it?" Anakin wonders early in the track. "Ever since a youth / Had these negative views," F recalls later on, the beat simmering darkly beneath him.
The track's video treatment shows the rappers at multiple angles but always in the shadow of a hulking power plant. Watch it above.
