Oliva Rodrigo won Best New Artist at the 64th annual Grammy Awards on Sunday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. She beat out competition from Arooj Aftab, Jimmie Allen, Baby Keem, FINNEAS, Glass Animals, The Kid LAROI, Arlo Parks, and Saweetie.
It's Rodrigo's second Grammy win of the night so far. She's won Best Pop Solo Performance for "Driver's License." The song is also nominated for Record of the Year, though it lost Song of the Year to "Leave The Door Open" by Silk Sonic.
Rodrigo shared her debut album Sour in 2021. The project gained widespread acclaim for its pop-punk sound and went three times platinum on the back of massive hits like "Driver's License," "Good 4 U," and "Deja Vu." Sour is also nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.
Keep up with all of this year’s winners here as the night continues.
