20-year-old rapper Guapo has had a promising past year. In August, the Houston native dropped his breakout single "Mr. Put It On," which went viral on TikTok, racking up millions of streams and earning him cosigns from the likes of Young Thug, Future, and Lil Baby. Today, he's shared a new track titled "SRT" featuring fellow H-town emcee OTB Fastlane and produced by 100keyz.
The new track is an ice-cold ode to an automobile — presumably the Dodge SRT, though all brand names are blurred out in the song's SpxrkStudios-directed visual treatment. Keyz' instrumental centers an ominous church bell sound that sets the tone for Guap's silky, behind-the-beat bars and Fastlane's more aggressive, amped-up flow.
