Janelle Monáe announces “The Age of Pleasure” tour
The North American summer/fall trek kicks off August 30 at Seattle’s WAMU Theater.
Janelle Monáe’s long-awaited fourth studio LP, The Age of Pleasure, is due out June 9 via the singer-songwriter-producer-actor’s own Atlantic Records imprint, Wondaland Arts Society. She announced the record earlier this month with its steamy lead single “Lipstick Lover.” And today (May 31), she’s shared the news of a tour behind the forthcoming project.
“The Age of Pleasure” North American tour will start in Seattle on August 30 and travel across the continent for all of September and the better part of October before finishing in Inglewood, California.
