Speaking to BBC Radio 1, XCX debuted new song "Out Of My Head" featuring Alma and Tove Lo. The track is produced by Sophie and A.G. Cook and can be heard here around the 30m mark.
Speaking to host Annie Mac, Charli said of the song: "It's the first song from a very real mixtape that myself and A.G. have been working on for the past couple of months. It's called Pop 2. It's going to drop a week from now but I might release a couple of songs before the full thing. It's coming."
Pop 2 will be the second Charli XCX mixtape of 2017 following Number 1 Angel, which arrived in March.
